Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offers its guests a full-service spa, 2 outdoor swimming pools, a waterslide, and a spa tub. The staff was rude, inconsiderate and they even went as far as admitting they knew the rooms in the Carson Tower aren’t good or maintained. Wouldn’t wave any of the fees or anything after all the frustrations and hiking our bags up and down and across the resort because they screwed up I’ll be honest and won’t be staying at The Golden Nugget again. Finally get working key cards and get settled in. Finally they get one thing done, the room was clean and presentable but YET AGAIN the key cards don’t work so back to the desk I go. After some back and forth they switched us yet again to another room in a different tower.
So extremely frustrated we seek the attention of the front desk yet again I told them I have had enough and I want my money back and we will find another resort to stay at. We finally get up to our new room and the key cards don’t work, go back down to the front desk get a new card and finally get in to the new room to find that the shower doesn’t work at all, NO WATER AT ALL. Wake up in the morning to find that the bathroom had dried blood on the floor and womens hair all over the shower and in the sink (gross) went down to the front desk to inform them that we will be requiring a different room and I was told “to lose my attitude” which only added to the frustration as I was trying to be polite and respectful. So my girlfriend and I checked in on 3-10-23 about 2-2:30 AM, exhausted from traveling we dropped our bags off and went straight to bed.
